As a family, we have traveled to Japan several times.We enjoyed the wonderful country, the excellent food,and nice people. On Dec 27,2017,I got a shocking experience beyond belief. My family decided to go to this place since it is near the entrance of the train station. One of my daughters bought f...ood and drink and we sat at the back side with our luggage. Then, they decided to go last minute shopping learning that our flight home was delayed. I was left in the restaurant for more than two hours with our luggage with me.A girl approached me and said I should use just one table and I said ok since my wife and 3 daughters are out.Then she took two of our suitcases by the wall and placed it near me. She talked to me in Japanese I did not understand but I said I'm waiting for my family.Then, another girl from the restaurant came to me and said loudly "Two hours, two hours Pleeeease leave!!!" I said Yes I will but I cannot bring all the luggage out by myself and I said do I have to pay or buy something until my family arrives.I said I'm a customer and should be treated with courtesy. She just said NO!! NO!! with her arms in an "X" motion. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. Everybody was looking at me. As an experienced 63 year old man and a business instructor, this type of business model will not last in a competitive environment.For the girl, she must be tired or something but needs a lot of training not to be hostile to the valued customers.

I've just visited this coffee shop for the first time. My friend who already stay for a long time in Japan said this coffee shop was famous. Had some Americano with milk without sugar. And i took some sandwich with a lot of smoke beef inside... hmmm so yummy. So simple but sufficient for me.

nice cafe just like the branches in Tokyo i had french toast with ice cream and cafe latte good service good food
