Went here for d 2nd time on Nov 25 at 4pm, since we were quite happy with our first experience. The differenve bet the 2 service is night & day. Our food came out almost every 10 mins, we ended up with an empty grill many times. For every 3-4 orders, we get 1 small plate of beef. The wagyu that we ...were served before wasnt d same this time around (felt it was premium beef but DEFINITELY NOT WAGYU). Not returning. Be warned.

We had Christmas Eve dinner at Rikimaru, and it did not disappoint! The meat was excellent, together with the side dishes. Service was prompt, facilities were good. A week after, the entire family was still talking about the dinner we had at Rikimaru. Would go back.

We had a late night dinner (around 10:30pm) and it was still busy as there are a number of diners present during at the time. The place is a bit small and a bit dark (maybe it’s its ambiance), lacks a good exhaust system in my opinion as I can smell a lot of smoke from cooking as well as people smok...ing inside. Food was great (highly subjective) as it will depend on the type of meat you order. Nothing fancy such as the ones from M Matsusaka but the price is alright (less than half of M I assume). Ordering is based on the tablet on the table and has an english version so its easy to order. Our Overall experience is pleasant.

Great service, super prompt. Press the button there in under 10 seconds. All you can eat was very reasonably priced considering the great types of meat. Quality of meat was incredible. English menu available. 2 hour time limit for all you can eat.
