What an amazing kaiseki dinner! This is an intimate experience with only 8 seats at the counter. The staff is incredibly attentive and watching the chef meticulously prepare each dish was mesmerizing. It is a very zen experience featuring fresh ingredients from the area surrounding Kyoto plated on a...ntique dinnerware. The dishes were unique and delicious. This meal was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan.

Very unique taste of Japanese cuisine! Also appreciate the tableware they used for our dinner, pretty and also making each course like a beautiful picture, love it! WOW. WOW. WOW. Came here for our Kaiseki dinner and we were absolutely blown away. The dishes are incredibly delicious, creative, and meticulously prepared. The plates and cups were centuries old, which was another delightful touch. Our chef was the nicest person ever and they even brought us candle...s with dessert when we told them we were celebrating our engagement! Cannot recommend this place highly enough, you will NOT be sorry!

Godan Miyazawa, a one-star Michelin restaurant, is a culinary wonder! The exquisite kaiseki cuisine left me in awe with each meticulously crafted dish. Despite the language barrier, the staff's warm welcome and efforts to inform me about every dish made the experience even more special. Watching the... staff at work was like witnessing an entrancing dance. Every dish was a masterpiece, and I couldn't help but fall in love with the place. This memorable dining experience has left an indelible mark on my heart, and I eagerly look forward to returning whenever the chance arises.
