“Speechless from this sushi”
If you are out for the best sushi restaurant ever, than a stop Kobe is definitely worthwhile. I was here in June 2016, guided by some Japanese friends from Kobe. Mr. Oda-san is cooking and serving himself and you taste immediately that only the very best of the best is served in this restaurant. M...r. Oda-san goes twice per day to the fish market to buy his fish, once for the fish that comes from the north of Japan and a second time when the local fish arrives in the harbor. I was so excited about all that was served, that I often forget to take pictures of what I got. Sushi restaurant food has now a different meaning to me. Besides the 'traditional' sushi and sashimi, we also got some excellent cooked dished, like the little rock fish on the picture. I was so excited about the food that I often forgot to take pictures, and the wonderful tastes, tenderness and melting fish can not be described by pictures. If I ever come back in Kobe, this is a place I will definitely return to. Brilliant! Thanks to my friends in Kobe and thanks to Mr. Oda-san for this extraordinary experience.
