“love the chain but not satisfied with this one”
the food is as good as always, but the service in this particular store is horrible. my friends and i waited for an hour, which is pretty common for this store when is busy, but the service was not to my expectation. we were scolded for ordering water. the staff also had condescending attitude towar...d me and my friends. i love torikizoku and its chain across japan, but i really have to say staff in this store, at least as of now, do not create a comfortable dining environment as opposed to other stores. mr.北村particularly expressed his hostility towards our group. if there were a tip system, i would have gave them minimal compensation, but we are in japan so i do not have the means to show my dissatisfaction.
