“A nice view for Kobe beef”
It is a fine dining resturant yet allow kids to enjoy nice kobe beef. Located at the highest floor of the hotel which has a nice view of the port. It has 5 course menu which serve which high grade kobe beef. The overall service is excellent. They even spilt one of our set into 2 for my 2 kids. ... Like any five star hotel. You don't need to tell them what u needed and they willl serve u right away. The dinner cost about 100USD per person but I would said spending 3 hour at this location worth everything

“Worst service”
We went to The Marcus Square restaurant as we wanted to try the Kobe steak tepan meal (10,000 yen per person). We got there at 07:45PM. The staff told us that the restaurant was very busy and they could not accommodate us for the Kobe steak meal. We looked inside and the restaurant was empty! Mr S...hinnosuke Doi looked at us from top to bottom (granted we were dressed casually - jeans and trainers - as we had been sight seeing all day), then said that any Kobe meal was very expensive, 10,000 yen and up, implying that we would not be able to afford it. Never experienced such bad hospitality in Japan. Anyway, glad the restaurant turned us down as we then went to a steakhouse called Sandaya in Harbourland (10 mins walk away) and had a brilliant Kobe steak meal there.
