“Gluten Free Shabu-Shabu”

A good option for gluten free shabu-shabu if you are in the Osaka/Umeda station area. Bring a gluten-free restaurant card and show it to the staff - they can remove the gluten items from the shabu-shabu set menu. The flying fish soup stock for the shabu-shabu was delicious.
