“Unique to the taste but not enough for the stomach”

This is a one-star Michelin French restaurant but with a Japanese approach. The ingredients are unique but they serve in very small quantities that it is not enough to make you feel full by the time that the desserts are served. The host takes the effort to explain what the different ingredients are.... I was the only vegan among the group and they prepared a special course for me which was very tasty but left me with the feeling that I did not eat enough for dinner. It is a small place and is only by reservation.
