It is about 50 years since Sumo fighter Sakahoko the 8th started Chanko Nabe restaurant in Kiyamachi in Kyoto. The taste of Chanko Nabe inherited from Izutsu Stable has been gradually known by more and more people who addictively love its secret soy soup from bony chicken and special meatballs.
And now nationwide famous Chanko Nabe is also loved by the celebrities such as a great Enka singer who is also the owner of racehorses, and one of them has won 12 G races.
