スペインバル La Cazuela －roja－ （グランフロント大阪）

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, made worse by a manager who showed no concern for customer feedback. We were seated in the food hall around the corner from the restaurant and told to order from a tablet, which we were fine with. We ordered two paellas (seafood and squid ink),... but after a long wait, only one arrived - the system failed to capture the second order. The tablet also only showed 2- and 3-person portions, even though the paper menu advertised a 1-person option, which was misleading and confusing. We later learned that the 1-person option is only available when ordering in person, something that was never explained. When I raised these issues and tried to provide feedback, the manager dismissed it and walked away, sending a concierge instead. She didn’t know how to help and made no effort to offer a solution. On top of the poor service, the food itself was very disappointing.

They were very good and friendly. the food ( paella) was very nice and generous. they filled your glass to the bream. went back a couple of times and consistent every times.
