“Not tourist friendly”
I was next in line to get a table. Host seated the 2 people behind me in the line then said restaurant was fully booked. He claimed they had a reservation but he did not ask their name or check anything, just asked how many people they were and seated them over me. Tourists should avoid as they are ...clearly not welcoming to us.

“Not impressed”
We were not impressed by Napoli. The food was small portions and overpriced. The waiter did not write down our order and forgot one of our dishes.

“Terrible Service, please AVOID this place.”
---PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE-- Terrible service! They messed up our order (we asked for their salmon pasta, they instead gave us their oyster pasta) When we complained to them, they offered to take away the wrong order in place for the right one, but ended up charging for both the orders. Really ...disappointed with the lack of etiquette and common decency. Very surprised by this as we have had only great experience with other restaurants all across Japan.

“ok but not more”
ok - but hopefully not the best pizza in town! staff does not speak English, as you order per qr coder make sure you have data & you are good to go. maybe pasta is better :)

“Great Food”
We ordered a delicious margarita pizza, as well as a carbonara pasta a caprese salad and French fries. They were all delicious but the portions were small. Service was good and waiters were friendly. We enjoyed this pizzeria!
