This Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant is located in Takagamine, Kyoto. Most people don't know that Takagamine is poplar summer resort. It has several resort hotels such as Hotel Aman and Shounan Resort. The location is poor, about 15 minutes by cab from Kitaoji Station, but the restaurant is def...initely worth the trip. So the owner of this restaurant was born in this area, and his Japanese cuisine is cooked with local ingredients. Thanks to the hospitality, we had a great time.
