“Omi beef...at a reasonable price”

Found this place just across the bridge from the cinema complex next to the Biwako Hotel. It's in a renovated old building on the other side of the Keihan railway. The menu had a lot of Omi beef options at a reasonable cost and 1 of the waitresses spoke English and tried very hard to explain everyth...ing. The wine was good and the place had a warm atmosphere. Would go again if I wanted to eat Omi beef.
