“Disappointing Service by Unaccommodating Male Staff at Happy Pancake Awaji”

I had a disappointing experience at Happy Pancake on Awaji Island. The male staff managing the queue was unaccommodating and discriminated against us. When it was my turn, he assigned me a number but insisted my companion rejoin the line, denying he had assigned seats to us. The restaurant is not re...commended due to their poor treatment, especially towards non-Japanese customers. We traveled two hours from Osaka for this disappointing experience.
