grand‐bar

The bar is on the second floor of an already-not-very-highlighted building, and its entrance is placed next to another casual bar, which make it somewhat hard to find. They have dozens of different whiskies from Japan and the world, first time for me to see (and try) the Springbank at a bar. They ha...ve a 10% service charge, but the quality of cocktails and the off-track feel are well worth it. The bar also has a slightly vintage feel, which in Japan is called "bubble" (from the economic bubble of the 80's). This could be a pro or a con depending on personal taste. Not sure about the staff's English skills, but the menu has everything written in Latin characters so you should be alright. I didn't try any food, but TripAdvisor asks me about that so I'll give a 3/5, but it might be great.
