“Chef Tetsuo Azuma's impressive Japanese Spanish cuisine!”

I was invited by an acquaintance to visit this Tokyo-based Spanish restaurant where reservations are hard to come by. He became independent in Kyoto in 2013 and has been awarded a Michelin star since 2017. You will be very impressed with the Spanish dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredient...s. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also wonderful and you will enjoy a happy time.
