“The best in Nara”
Once again we enjoyed a wonderful meal at Tsukumo with Chef Masato and his team. We first go to know the Chef during his time working at Kajitsu in NYC, which he turned into a Michelin two star restaurant. Not to be missed on any trip to Nara

“Asian fusion kaiseki”
Chef Niishihara has worked in London and Manhattan for a lot of years and returned to Nara to start this restaurant.In his own words, it is his own style. It tasted like a kind of Kaiseki with Asian fusion to me.We ate the 9 course dinner omakase for 12000+tax yens each.Thoroughly enjoyed the dinner... and the hospitality.Chef Nishikasi personally spoke to us and sent us off. Truly World class
