“Beware if you want to take a service dog.盲導犬は注意。”
July 29th 2022 Went in for a quick meal with wife and small child. Food was good Service was ok. For us at least. We were seated within view of the entrance and noticed a couple with a service dog come to the entrance. One of the staff (middle aged male) proceeded to go around to each customer in ...side the restaurant and ask if we minded if they brought their service dog into the restaurant. It was shocking to be asked such an absolutely unnecessary question. They had the couple with the service dog wait at the door of the restaurant which had to be at least an uncomfortable if not humiliating experience. What was their plan if someone said they didn't like dogs? Were they going to refuse them service? Is this even a company policy or just one offensive manager? I really wished I had said more at the time but it wasn't sure about the law in this country. Well, I looked it up what do you know. It is required by law that they allow service animals that show the proper identification harness into any establishment. この時代になってサービス犬、しかもしっかりハーネスをつけているものがこんな対応されているのを見て非常に不快感かつ不愉快な思いをした。家帰って調べるとやっぱり法律で受け入れが義務化されていた。よってあの中年スタッフのの行動は恥さらしに止まらず違法でもあるのでは？あの場でもっと言い出さなかった自分が恥ずかしい。 身体障害者補助犬法（補助犬法）
