“the best tasting food in japan.”

Ok, So it's hard to find, no prices on the menu, no english from the staff, (although they tried very hard and showed great patience). no english menu and our japanese was pathetic and we rolled with it using google translate and sign language, and the food was fantastic, and so so cheap . I've ha...d more complicated food, and menu's with more range, but this was the best tastes we had with such simple fare.
