蔵‐鉄板焼＆寿司 コンラッド大阪

Wow… the chefs are outstanding, the food is creative and so fresh. The drinks and sake menu are delicious. Really very happy. Hard to explain this place - but between the view, great drinks, solid hospitality and next level food - this place is a homerun .

Great teppanyaki cuisine, attentive service and spectacular view from 40F. Special thanks to Mr Yuji Inoue who had gone an extra mile in helping us manage our following appointments after arriving late for lunch. Would recommend to friends.

We had a dinner there with friends. The sushi chef is not professional nor hygienic! He's has been touching his own mask repeatedly and serve us sushi! When cutting the sea scallop, he accidentally cut half piece out . Amazingly, he cut out another half piece and pile the two pieces up to make a s...ushi !!!!!! We did complain to the manager, and through email, the response is totally not acceptable. The French manager even didn't bother to meet his customers ! We will never be there again , and will tell all our friends this horrible experience in Japan, Osaka Conrad!

First we made a booking error, choosing sushi bar instead of teppanyaki, but the staff was quick in rectifying. Then we had some dietary restrictions which they did their absolute best to accommodate. Coupled with the excellent view and wonderful food quality, this one is an absolute must.

以前にいらっしゃった寿司職人の安黒英介さんがいらっしゃらなくなり、初めて息子さんのユウキさんのお寿司を頂きに来店しました。ユウキさんが握られたお寿司も英介さんに負けず劣らず美味しかったです。特にホッキ貝がとても柔らかく、ふわふわした食感に驚きでした。サービススタッフの方々も常に気配りが行き届いており、心地よい時間を家族で過ごすことができました。Thank you for serving a fun time and great dishes! Both Aguros are fantastic !!!
