“Superb dining at Tamatskuri”
We had a great dinner here with a business colleague, a few step from the JR Tamatskuri station. From the namazake aperitif to the fruit and cookie served with green tea for dessert, every course showed thoughtful preparation and planning, and creative use of the ingredients. As usual, we did no...t see prices, but were advised by our hosts that the prices are reasonable for a restaurant of this caliber. The counter seating provided the opportunity to watch the chef at work. We were told that if we wanted to visit the restaurant on our next trip to Osaka, to give our colleague several weeks advance notice to make a reservation.
