The restaurant is located on the 4th floor. Quite spacious, one of the waitress speaks English. Nothing really authentic. Food was average. Sushi which I bought in supermarket at the train station was even better than in this restaurant. But the worst part was the bill. While ordering, we calcula...ted how much shall be the total bill. However when we finished the dinner and wanted to pay, the price in the bill was 30% higher. Our calculation as per menu prices was around 4250 ¥, but on the bill the amount was 6009 ¥. When we asked the waitress about it, she told it is the price for seats. Well, in this case we have to be notified about this before we started ordering. We have been in Japan since 2 weeks and it was a first time when someone tried to foolish us. On the exit we saw the handwritten paper next to the cash counter, which mentioned that seats costs 500 ¥ per person, but still our bill had more difference. And again, the guests shall be informed about it at entrance, not at the exit. As a person who works in hospitality I hate such a behavior with the clients. It is not about the amount, it is about reputation of the place. I complained to the waitress and to the cashier regarding this matter, but from their reaction I understood that it is the way they do business. So, it was very unpleasant experience. Highly not recommend to visit this restaurant.
