“Amazing Beef Curry”

Given the area at night, you wouldn't expect to find a restaurant with such high quality and delicious food, but Mendo Rakudai delivered! The beef curry udon is absolutely delicious! We visited here on our first night in Kyoto, and we had to visit again.
