“I went to this Chinese restaurant in Osaka by mistake”
I ended up in this Chinese restaurant while staying at the Nikko hotel in Osaka assuming that it was Japanese! I didn't check before I sat down at a table. Food was OK and the service was impeccable. With so many excellent Japanese restaurants in Osaka, I wouldn't go back to this one.

“Good Chinese restaurant in Osaka”
There are too many kinds of restaurants in Osaka, Toh-Lee restaurant at Nikko Hotel Osaka is one of good choice for Chinese cuisine in Osaka. Good place, good atmosphere and of course good taste. The dishes are combined between Chinese cuisine with Japanese style. I had lunch with Japanese client, ...I was impressed a dished named Shredded phyllo pastry wrapped prawns and small scallops and dessert plate.
