“AWESOME Saga beef in Shabu Shabu style”
If you are in Kobe Japan, stop by KAIRA is a small restaurant like many in Japan. Service was excellent (limited but helpful English), nice and clean place. You must try the Shabu Shabu which uses Saga beef. This beef is in the same category as Kobe beef. You can also have Kobe beef at the locat...ion if your heart desires. The Shabu Shabu dish is much different than what is expected in other countries but worth trying. The price is what you should expect of good quality beef in Japan. Hope you can stop by this small and hidden gem of a restaurant. Enjoy!
