“One of my favorite fast food burger places”
You cannot go wrong with shake shack wherever you are in the world. Taste always on point - on of the best fast food burgers there are. Fries are ok as well. The chicken sandwich is also outstanding. Prices are as usual pretty high.

“Really bad experience”
I ordered for dinner 2 burgers with fries: around 50$. The order was delivered 75mins late, the burgers were cold and not eatable. I had to order something different for dinner. When I asked for a refund, they told me it was my fault (??) for the delay, so they couldn’t do anything. Honestly, not... the best way to treat customers

Always great. Consistently good for a fast food fix. Good location and atmosphere and service and very reasonable value for the money

“Loving Shack Shack burgers!”
Was wandering around and playing with the idea of eating at the nearby Nishiki Market but chanced upon this fabulous burger. Tried a few Shacks and always very impressed by the consistency. The service crew, Shijo karasuma, was very friendly and professional and introduced to me their Kyoto-only ite...ms and even chatted a bit in English. Very impressed by service and food alike. Amazing!

“Really good burgers and shakes”
Burger was really tasty with a seared flavour. Standard burgers are 2oz patties so double up if you're hungry. Fries were good as well - we had normal plus now and cheese, both good. Drinks were excellent - had a really good strawberry shake and a root beer float.
