“Delicious Woodfire food”
This restaurant has 2 floors and is small but quaint. Delicious food cooked over woodfire with wine to pair. Great location. No reservations, walk ins only. Enjoy!

“One of the best in Osaka”
Finding a restaurant in Osaka for westerners who just a relaxing time without too many food issues can be difficult. But we found Crackle. You MUST book ahead, just speak to the friendly people just inside the door to book a table for another day. The restaurant itself is on 3 floors, each flo...or is tiny, but amazing soft lighting and high-end designer but western inspired and very cool decor. Prices are 'medium', not too expensive but not cheap. They specialise in all their meat being cooked over a real wood fire. Essentially you buy meat on screwers. Their fries with the skins left on are amazing. Their ketchup is homemade. Everything was superb. We would have gone a second time but there was no time to pre-book. They close at 10pm. Great atmosphere. Great food.

“Smell lured me in...”
Decent food, prepared where you can watch, and the open fire smelled wonderful. Enjoyed a hamburger steak with terrific salad, scoop of mashed potatoes (a small size), and a plate of rice and cup of chicken broth. All was good. The wait staff was courteous, and attempted to use English.
