松屋 ホテルユニゾ京都烏丸御池店

日本で最も格式のある松屋、もしくは最も雅な松屋、等と言われていますが、実際は出入口の構えと入口付近にある小さな日本庭園がそのような雰囲気を醸し出しているのであり、松屋店内は至って普通です。この松屋は『ホテルユニゾ京都烏丸御池店』内にあるものであり、格式のあるような門構えや日本庭園は、ホテル側の設えです。 ホテルの宿泊者向けの朝食会場にもなっていますが、一般客でも全ての時間帯で利用できるようになっています。入口付近に設置されている券売機で食券を購入します。食券に記載されている番号が店内放送で呼ばれたら、受け取りカウンターで注文した食事を受け取り、食後は食器を返却カウンターに返却します。無料の水や...お茶はセルフサービスです。 ホテルの朝食会場にもなっているだけあり、店内は広く、席数も多く、また清潔に維持されています。各席に充電用のコンセントやUSB端子が設置されています。基本的にスタッフとのコミュニケーションは受け取りカウンターのみで、客席フロアにスタッフは常駐していません（清掃目的でフロアに居る程度です）。他の松屋と同様に注文・調理・給仕が効率化されているため、スタッフの接客対応を不愉快に思うところは少ないでしょう。 It's said to be the most prestigious Matsuya or the most elegant Matsuya in Japan, but in reality, the entrance and a small Japanese garden near the entrance create such an atmosphere, while the interior of Matsuya is quite ordinary. The Matsuya is located inside the Hotel Unizo Kyoto Karasuma Oike, and the prestigious gate and Japanese garden are the hotel's own design. It is also a breakfast place for hotel guests, but it is open to the general public at all open hours of the day. Tickets are purchased from a ticket vending machine located near the entrance. When the number on the ticket is called over the in-store announcement, pick up the ordered meal at the pickup counter and return the dishes to the return counter after eating. Complimentary water and tea are self-service. The restaurant is spacious, has plenty of seating, and is well maintained and clean, as it is also the hotel's breakfast venue. Each seat is equipped with an electrical outlet and USB port for charging. Basically, the only communication with the staff is at the pick-up counter, and there is no staff stationed on the seating floor (they are only on the floor for cleaning purposes). As with other Matsuya restaurants, ordering, cooking, and serving are streamlined, so there are few areas where the staff's customer service is unpleasant to deal with.
