Kita-Shinchi at night feels like stepping into a different world--soft lights, quiet streets, and hidden gems behind discreet doors. One of those gems is Shabu-Shabu Kiraku, where I had one of the best shabu-shabu meals ever. The star was, of course, the wagyu.
