[Todaiji Monzen Wa Nagomi] is conveniently located in the center of the ancient capital of Nara, about a 5-minute walk from the Great Buddha Hall of Todaiji Temple. Our restaurant is a high-quality Japanese space that harmonizes tradition and modernity, where you can enjoy creative teppanyaki cuisine made with seasonal ingredients and the skills of our chefs. Our dishes are carefully selected from ingredients from all over Japan, such as Yamato vegetables from Nara and the highest quality Yamagata beef, and are grilled right in front of you on a hot iron plate. In addition, the tableware and furniture used in our store are studded with the works of artisans, and works of art that would normally be displayed on shelves are used as dishes for cooking.
