Our specialty "Tate-yaki" is prepared by a chef cutting the meat vertically, resulting in a surprisingly tender finish despite its size. The meat, carefully grilled over Binchotan charcoal, can be enjoyed with three types of selected salts or with fresh lemon. Please savor the supreme flavor created by Himalayan rock salt, shrimp salt, and matcha salt.
