I suspect these are house-made noodles since I’ve never had commercially produced udon even close to this good. The beef “hotto” and pumpkin “bottom” are both excellent and both dishes had a nice variety of vegetables in an excellent broth. And, this restaurant is spotlessly clean. We will be bac...k the next time we are in the area.

We enjoyed absolutely delicious and very generous servings of hōtō noodles here - mine came with pumpkin and a side serving of tempura, all perfect and very warming after a long walk around Lake Kawaguchiko. Friendly service and a good atmosphere made for an even more pleasant time. Do not miss your... chance to visit and sample authentic local cuisine from the Yamanashi area!

This was a great find. Not sure if you can reserve but we walked in at 6.30pm and sat down to an early dinner. The tempura was crispy and very light. The bowl of noodles with pork, mushroom, cabbage and other veg was huge. We were both adequately fed and watered in an hour for 25€ each. An absolute... steal for the quality of the meal.

Our family ate here while staying in the area. We all had the local noodles, which came in a hot, delicious broth with veggies and your choice of meat. Huge portions at a great price. They have an English menu, which was key. Good service.

I like this restaurant a lot. They also have English menu. This isn't far from museum forrest which is bus number 15.
