We are a restaurant serving Sowa-style courses since the Edo Period in its authentic flavors and presentation to the present day, ingeniously preparing as much seasonal food ingredients from Hida as possible - such as mountain vegetables and seafood - with meticulous attention, without sparing any effort for each and every food item.
