We are a restaurant serving "Shin Hiroshima-yaki" (New Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki) and teppanyaki dishes, here in Nagoya. Dishes are conceived by the chef who was captivated by the profundity of signature food of Hiroshima, "Hiroshima-yaki", and based his original twist of this dish on traditional Hiroshima culinary traditions with his own research added in.
