“Awesome eatery right by Nagoya Castle. Definitely a must visit!”
We stopped here for desserts, and ordered ice cream, gelatos, and shaved ice treats. We weren’t disappointed at all, and in fact were pleased that what we ordered was downright superb. The gelatos and shaved ice in particular were amazingly good. It was what we needed after having been outsid...e on a hot, humid day.

“Lunch Stop after Visiting Castle.”
We stopped for lunch after visiting the castle and found the cafe to be bright and pleasing to the eye. The staff we found to be attentive and service was excellent. The meals chosen fresh and tasty.

“Unhappy meal”
The place itself looked inviting and a refuge from the chilling winds. My choice of avocado and chicken salad had NO AVOCADO and precisely 2 cubes of chicken. When I notified the server about there being no avocado (my reason for placing this order) she said something in Japanese and it looked like ...no more avocados from her signing. ?????? So the situation was unresolved from a lack of lingual communication and no effort on the part of the server to help.
