So happy to find a local place with awesome sushi, fun patrons, a fantastic and entertaining sushi chef and team that makes every visit an adventure. Most important... the sushi rocks! Fresh, right temperature, right size, variety of daily specials and good rice. You won't be disappointed. It... is a small place where you end up meeting a new friend by the end of the evening, especially if you are struggling to write your order in Katakana like me. Don't worry, you don't have to write in Katakana. There are えいご menus and the sushi chef and some of the staff speak えいご. The non-sushi menu items are good, but it's a sushi bar. Focus on the sushi. The music is always good. Even the '70s CD is interesting. Finally, ask for the Katana Shōchū. It's a good start and/or end to the meal.
