“Superb eel”
It tells you all you need to know when this is the only review in English. You need to speak Japanese, as the menu and waitstaff speak no English. I love unagi, and visited here with friends and family. This is truly an eel specialty restaurant-- only eel in many glorious forms. The unaju is a loc...al specialty and is superb. Also excellent is the eel grilled with miso, as are the eel intestines. There are several excellent local beers (including prefecture-specific Asahi, a marketing ploy). They also have a nice selection of sake. If you love eel and are in Hamamatsu, I highly recommend it!
