“Excellent group venue”
16 people seeking good dinner-formula for disaster! Yet, this place provided excellent courses, did everything in a timely fashion, were totally unobtrusive. Highly recommend for group events.

“Amazing food...”
I think I just rated the hotel and not the food so will do tis again. Just had the best 5 course meal I have ever ad at tis lovely restaurant - food really fresh and beautifully presented. I have many allergies and am gluten and dairy intolerant and could eat everything! Thank you to the Hilton for ...recommending this fabulous restaurant

“Nice setting and good food!”
The restaurant setting, and especially its garden is a nicely decorated area to enjoy a meal. The service is polite and efficient.,For lunch we could eat vegetarian with a nice selection from a fresh and colorful salad bar, and a textured brown rice and vegetables dish with two types of curry sauce.... A light sorbet dessert and An excellent selection of highly aromatic teas is the best way to finish the pleasant meal.

“Very Karuizawa style hotel and food”
Very cozy and comfortable room and offer a special private room with hot floor that is interesting, relaxing and comfortable. The hotel restaurant provided health and delicious dishes too. Veggie is fresh and bread is good too. Breakfast and dinner portion is about right too!

“Decadent lunch”
We were invited to this restaurant by our japanese exchange student's family. The food was superb. The kale smoothie was surprisingly good as was the salad and stuffed tomato. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented on the plate. We had a great lunch and lovely time spent with this... family.
