“Terrible Experience 💔😢”
My family had a bad experience in this restaurant. Heartbreaking! At first, we called the restaurant to make a reservation and asked if we could have a table near the window to see the view but the staff just simply say “NO”. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were seated and we are aware of the ...90minutes only policy to eat in the restaurant. The first I observed is the staffs are not hospitable and you cannot see any smile on their face. And for foods are not tasty and not so much option. It's a small buffet actually. and I saw that the staff is talking something to each table of guests and he skip our table. I don't know why. 10 minutes before our 90minutes ends, the staff keep on coming to our table and keep on telling us that our time is up even after we said okay and we know that. I think 3 times staff he came to our table and ask us to leave. I was with my sister and my 2year old nephew. my sister is sick and when we are rushing to leave the table as they are rushing us to leave, my sister suddenly vomited. I thought the staff would help us to get first aid or just to ask if how is my sister but they did not. I don't know what to do. Even after I told them I am very sorry. My sister is sick and has cancer I told them but the staff ignored us and only said the word “go out” like an animal. I experienced 5-star hotels around the world and even Marriott h in other countries, but the hotel standards are never like this. I expected to be the same as other Marriott hotel but it's not.

“A popular buffet restaurant, not what you expect from a luxury hotel”
Clearly this is a popular restaurant as it was fully booked one noon when I tried to eat here. It's for gourmands to fill up on special foods like crab legs. Not a relaxing place with trays, no tablecloths, and people rushing around to get food. You can get food from the menu here and I had a good s...alad. More like a taishu shokudo than the main restaurant in a luxury hotel.

“Dinner buffet”
I was expecting more from a restaurant in a Marriot hotel. Compared to other Marriot hotel restaurants that I have been to the selection here is a bit limited. The carving station was limited to roast beef. Crab legs were not worth the effort. Dessert was so-so. I hope they improve their menu.

“A Breakfast Buffet that will not disappoint”
I ate here four of the five days I was at The Marriott Associa, and I would go back without hesitation. The array of foods is excellent, the service is prompt and unobtrusive, and the room itself is spacious and accommodating. If you're staying at the Marriott, there is no need to venture elsewhere ...for breakfast.

Fabulous place to look out over Nagoya whilst enjoying the huge selection of food including fresh fruit and continental cuisine, Japanese and western style favourites. Highly recommended
