“Nice place to meet someone or to have a light meal”
From the entrance, it looks like this place just serves teas and drinks, but it's a better option for a light meal than the main restaurant. And since they serve the same salad, I think the kitchen must be the same.

“Where's the full bar?”
While the setting is pleasant enough, Scenery is unlike any other lobby lounge I've patronized. If you are looking to sidle up to a bar and order your favorite cocktail from the bartender, you will be disappointed. The hostess will direct you to a seat and then present you with a menu. The menu c...ontains some light fare, snacks, and a drink list. You are only able to order from the drink list, and no special requests are accommodated. Forget about a Bombay Martini; shaken, up, with a twist. You'll need to instead settle for the rather generic 'Gin and Tonic', 'Moscow Mule', or 'Mojito'.
