“Can be better! ”
The restaurant located at level 6 and quite hard to find. The quality of the sashimi and sushi can be improved. With the price of $12000 yen per person could demand a better quality. Found fish scale still remain on the sashimi.. no no! The chitoro sashimi has tendon yet to break away! That’s why yo...u can’t feel the sashimi meat melt in your mouth! The sushi rice is rather too dry for sushi. Overall food is not bad but I would expect better quality from the chef! The varieties of sake not bad... waiter and Chef barely can speak English. So you can order 12000, 20000 and 25000 yen set Omakase dinner !
