Wayyyy tooooo busy to make it worth the wait time . If you only have so much time here then do t waste it in line for a burger . My husband waited 35 minutes for his burger but he wasn’t shopping anyway .

Managed to grab a bite without much of a queue and was not disappointed. The burgers and fries were delicious and it was a good break from the shopping.

we went there for the first time. I did hear about Shake Shack when they first opened a restaurant in Japan with loads of hype.Was definitely curious to try as I do enjoy a good burger. I would call it upscale fast food, ingredients are good and tasty, great fries, but the size of the burger, is my... opinion a little small. The atmosphere, design of the restaurant is nice.

I went in because I had heard so much about this place. Since there was not queue yet, i went in for lunch. Spent over 3000yen for 2 burgers, a fries and a milk shake for my husband and myself. We thought it was expensive and overrated. Buns a bit oily, shroom burger is juicy because of the pres...ence of the mushroom. Felt that the beef patty could be a bit thicker for the price I paid. Overall, good experience but overrated food. Go eat something else.
