The Ichiran ramen branch near Sakae hardly had any wait when we went around 10:30pm. It served the same high quality ramen served at all of its branches where you can order to your preference of noodle hardness, garlic amount, broth richness, and spiciness in individual private seating.

The cold winter of Nagoya is a perfect time to have ramen. Ichiran doesn't disappoint. There was a short queue but the line moved quickly. Ramen was delicious, as always. Perfect comfort food!

Here is famous North Kyoushou style Ramen chain restrant in Japan. The soup is Tonkotsu made by pig bones, like creamy. The noodles is tight and hard types. The price is under 1000JPY exclude topping, that like basically price line at Ramen restrant. Please enjoy eating, and first step in the Rame...n worlds. 一般的なラーメンショップですよね。日本人にとって特筆すべきものは何もありません。味、値段、サービス、それぞれで平均点です。 名古屋には北九州スタイルの店が少ないので、そこそこ流行っています。

First time using a vending machine to order ramen. We had fun with the experience. There was a line but it moved pretty quick. The ramen was delicious - it was customized to your taste. The only negative was that the portion could have been a bit bigger, though they do have extra half or full order ...of noodles. The match almond dessert was yummy. I'd definitely recommend stopping by to visit.
