“Welcoming and fun restaurant ”
We found this restaurant when we arrived in Tokyo, late in the evening and very tired. They made us so welcome and ‘Godzilla’ cheered us up no end! We visited twice more and had lovely food, felt very home, and the wine was great too!

“Service of the poorest quality”
On entering restaurant given table outside which we didn’t mind. However the steak ordered as medium to well done was still bleeding with large areas of fat. This came with two rings of onion. No additional vegetables or potato & none of this was communicated at the time of ordering or we’d have add...ed these as extra. The 2 lamb chops were completely different one being a thin sliver of a chop whilst the other was big & fat in fact half of it was fat. What we did receive tasted good but didn’t make up for the poor service & cooking. Having visited New Zealand this is a poor representation of their cuisine. One to be avoided

“Great little place to eat”
It was close to the hotel, the food was great and the drinks were cheap in comparison to other places in the area Would defiantly eat there again

“Tonight you deserve 5”
Intimate, cozy and highly efficient. The steaks were superb, the deer likewise! Top performance in service and attentiveness. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Thank you for even making room for the baby stroller!

“Good sized portions of beef and venison”
We went with a group of 11, and were able to get both the two tables outside. Meals took a while to come as the restaurant was full. Excellent steak and venison, and grilled vegetables, chowder and salads. Pricing was reasonable.
