“So good, we went back!”
Our guide recommended this restaurant and we were so gad he did! We left the decisions to the chef. Everything melted in your mouth. Crab was just coming into season and what we were served was the nicest crabmeat I have ever eaten. Service was outstanding. We floated out of the restaurant and k...new we had to return for another meal, which we did a few days later for lunch. Everything was just as good! Make sure you go!

“Great sushi”
Our guide recommended this restaurant, and we loved it. I have never been a great fan of sushi, but I was converted! We chose a set menu, and everything was delicious. It was interesting to see the food being prepared, the staff were all very friendly, and the food was amazing. Not cheap, but we f...elt it was worth it.

“A Must for Sushi Lover”
We ordered the omakase with a combination of sashimi and sushi. Every piece was excellent. I am not a fan of unagi, even the baked unagi thrilled me. Will definitely come back again when I am in town.

“Another visit, another perfect lunch”
We came back to Sentori and to their shrimps sashimi to die for. If you are visiting Kanazawa do yourself a favor and stop by. Say the magic words "omakasede" and they will royally take care of you.

“Fancy, fancy fish.”
This is a fancy restaurant, make no mistake. The fish is top quality and served in an expert fashion. The chef watches what you eat and how quickly and adjusts serving speed and the variety. Certain fish literally took our breath away including the melon like ootoro (pictured) and the sweet prawn. T...he atmosphere is very sleek and minimal and we were the only customers for a while so maybe not an entertaining meal option but you are there to worship fish and that we did. It is expensive night out there were flavours and textures that I am still thinking about. You will need to catch a cab to get there and if you are Australian you will hear alot of stories about the Gold Coast from the head chef.
