This is our 2nd time and the last was April 2025. We are visiting foreign tourists. This place offer very good value meal at about 10,000y for course meal. This is a small restaurant sitting about 12 people and the chef offers a set course of seafood and meat. This place is located somewhere in t...he Korinbo area and the reason we came back was to try a menu. Overall satisfying and affordable meal and we will be back again when we are in town. Simple English is spoken by the staff.

This was an amazing dinner experience! The chef was so kind and welcoming, and every dish was delightful and well-balanced. The desserts at the end were a perfect finisher as well. We also really enjoyed the calming, cozy vibe of the restaurant. Highly highly recommend!

Been to Kanazawa several times but our first time trying this place. Found this place by chance. Highly recommended and satisfying meal of 10 dishes that included beetroot, white asparagus, sweet shrimp bisque, oyster fried in butter, sea bream and clam, crab risotto, duck and 3 desserts. Tasty po...rtions n appealing presentation. At 12,000y all inclusive makes it a great value. There are 6 counter seats and 6 table seats. Total about 12 diners and the meal takes about 2hrs on average. Minimum English spoken, menu in Japanese and everyone takes the same course. Open for lunch and dinner.

A wonderful 10 course set meal in a small, friendly restaurant. Park yourself at the counter so you can watch the chef/owner cook each course, and chat about the ingredients. A really enjoyable Japanese/French fusion of fresh local ingredients. We were travelling from Australia and this was the best... meal we had on our travels. If you come to Kanazawa then do yourself a favour and book in for dinner!
