“Vegan options”
Interesting dining experience with lots of great tastes. This is not a vegetarian restaurant so be sure to say explicitly if you require this or vegan. Staff were brilliant

“Nice and filling no meat meal”
We went there for dinner. We knew before hand that this place served Japanese baked gluten, a Kanazawa local specialty. The gluten was made into different color and shapes and definitely looked appetizing. This cafe added a modern twist to its meal presentation. The restaurant is within the JR Kanaz...awa Station and is easy to find.
