We were the only two people in this little nothing of a bar early on a Friday evening, ordered one drink each. Got a bill for ¥5700, upon which we contested and were sheepishly told by bartender that there was a "service fee" of ¥1500 each - higher than the total price of the drinks. We had previous...ly paid a Japanese seat fee, or Otoshi, at similar places but at the most ¥300. This place gouged us big. We were evidently the pigeon tourists of the night for them.
