“Singular, unique experience”
Very unique experience with delicious food! I ordered the B course thinking I’ll be hungry but by the end of it I was very full of gorgeous food. This restaurant brings you a pot of dashi that has its flavor enhanced by the dishes you add it to. All the food is seasonal and fresh, highly recommende...d if you’re in Kanazawa! (If you have trouble sitting on the floor for long periods of time though request a chair seat)

“Unique and delicious”
Very unique and delicious dining experience. Each course had a different and amazing flavor profile. Service was also excellent.
