“Shiroebi-tei - Tokyo Station”
Toyama is famous for their white shrimps (shiroebi) that are also called "the jewels of Toyama bay". Good that this restaurant has a shop in Tokyo and I need not travel all the way to Toyama for their famous seafood. The shop in Tokyo is conveniently located at the gourmet street of JR Tokyo Statio...n. I had the Toyama Special Tempura Rice Bowl and it tasted very good. Will come again next time when I visit Tokyo.

“White shrimp only in Toyama”
I drop at the place in the afternoon, just to try the famous white shrimp fries. It is sweat and very tasty with the special salt. You can take it out but I strongly recommend to eat on site, so that you can eat it as it is fried. This is something you should try and then you will come back for it.... “Delightful Toyama dishes”
Went into the shop for dinner. We must buy a ticket for the food we wanted from the ticket machine. A glass of water was served to us the moment we sat down. We could also help ourselves to hot Chinese tea. In 5 minutes, our order arrived - mixed rice with four types of tempura - white shrimp, fi...refly squid, fish, vegetables. We were also given a bowl of soup each. Really nice tempura. By the way, the shop also has Take Out service. As we left the shop after our meal, we could see the chefs at work and we took a photo of a tray of fresh white shrimp alias shiro ebi.

“Delicious white shrimp tampura”
Located in the mall at the ground floor of the Toyama train station. There is usually a small line of queue for the seats. The white shrimp tampura is delicious and is served with a bowl of soup.
